Discover the traces of the Moors, the beauty of Andalusia and let yourself be overwhelmed by the variety of colors of the Algarve. This journey from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean is also a short journey, with many similarities between the two states. The then invaders were always the same, whether Iberians, Phoenicians, Celts, Romans and then finally the Moors in 711, who called today's Portuguese part of Lusitania and who administered the empire of Al-Andalus under the rule of the emirate of Cordoba.
Andalusia and southern Portugal, two interfaces of history, two unrepeatable historical moments, two golden ages.
DAY 1:

Upon arrival in Faro you will be met by our friendly tour guide who will accompany you to the hotel. During your transfers and you know the first worth knowing information about the country.

DAY 2:

Full of treasures, the unknown east of the Algarve will drive you through Tavira, Castro Marim until you finally reach your destination Sevilla in Spain. Tavira is located on the East Algarve, just between Faro and the Spanish border. Castro Marim Castle, the castle on the Rio Guadiana, the border river with Spain - a National Monument.

DAY 3:

Seville, the capital of Andalusia and a stronghold of culture and history, is today the destination of your excursion. Seville is also considered the most beautiful city in Andalusia thanks to its many monuments, narrow streets and quiet, green courtyards (patios). You will get to know the mighty gothic cathedral with the gothic tower Giralda, the emblem of Seville, the imposing Alcazar fortress, the Maria Luisa Park with the Plaza d'España and the romantic Santa Cruz district. Then the tour continues through beautiful olive-rich landscape to Córdoba, the destination of today's ride.

DAY 4:

In the morning we start the visit of Cordoba with a city tour to see the attractions of the city's whitewashed old town with narrow, winding streets completely, where it is easy to lose your bearings, still breathing throughout the atmosphere of the Moorish period. You have the opportunity to visit the Mezquita, one of the most important buildings in Spain. Then remains free time to stroll through the beautiful old town, before the bus it continues to Granada at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and is now your destination.

DAY 5:

During a city tour you will learn one of the most monumental cities in Spain, with its romantic gardens and narrow streets know, and the famous Alhambra, a palace complex with the Palace of Charles V and the Generalife Gardens and the Summer Palace. With lush flowers and everywhere splashing fountains and running waters of the visitor gets a good idea of the Muslim idea of the Garden of Eden. Alhambra and Generalife have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984. Afterwards drive through the mountain landscape of the Alpujarra to Málaga.

DAY 6:

In the morning, panoramic tour of Málaga with views of the city park, harbor, Paseo del Limonar and the Plaza de la Merced, where the birthplace of Pablo Picasso is. Then drive in the stunning landscape of the Serrania de Ronda Past the typical white villages. Ronda is best known for its spectacular location: the Moorish old town of "La Ciudad", located on a steeply sloping rock plateau and is separated from the younger district by a nearly 100 m deep, formed by the River Guadalevín gorge.

For the Spaniards Ronda is particularly important because of its role in the development of bullfighting, a bullring is also to visit here. The majority of the historically significant buildings are located in the old town, which, with its mix of North African and Spanish traditions as a whole, is a prime example of the architecture and urban development of many Andalusian cities. Ronda we drive back to the bus on a very scenic route through the mountains toward Cádiz.

DAY 7:

Our journey through Andalusia continues to the port city of Cádiz on the Atlantic Ocean. According to legend, Hercules founded the city of Cádiz, according to the archaeological record is the city since the 8th century. V. Anyway, Cádiz is proud to be considered the oldest city in Europe. After exploring the old town, continue by bus to Jerez de la Frontera, the capital of the sherry. Of course, visit a sherry cellar and try different varieties: the straw-yellow, dry fino, the body-rich, golden brown amontillado or a sweet cream. Finally, drive back to the Algarve, where you will be staying for the night.

DAY 8:

After the last breakfast, enjoy a last Portuguese Café and the warming sun. The bus transfer takes the guests to the airport Faro, also here they are again accompanied by our tour guide.
